## Overage

- Dapple does not apply automatic pay-as-you-go overage charges.
- If you exceed your submission allowance, you can buy additional submission packs.
- If your volume moves into a higher tier, you can upgrade plan/tier at any time.
- For high-volume programs (including 10k+ submissions), contact sales for a tailored package.

## Billing

- Billing options: monthly or yearly.
- Monthly: billed each month at the plan/tier rate.
- Yearly: billed once per year at 10x the monthly rate (equivalent to 2 months free).
- You can upgrade or downgrade as needs change.
- Monthly subscriptions can be paused by downgrading to the free plan.
- If you collect application payments through Stripe, transaction fees are:
  - USD: 3.9% + $0.65 per payment
  - GBP: 3.5% + £0.49 per payment

Yes. Dapple has a free trial with no time limit. Upgrade when you are ready to go live.

### What if we outgrow our submission limit mid-cycle?
You can purchase additional submissions or move to a higher tier. Contact support for submission packs.

### Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is charged at 10 months of software cost, which is equivalent to 2 months free versus paying monthly.

### Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fee and no hidden platform fees. If you use paid submissions, standard transaction fees apply (listed in Billing).
