Dapple uses a third-party payment provider, Stripe, to securely process payments for submissions that require a fee.
When is payment required?
If a submission opportunity has a fee, the amount should be clearly communicated by the organisation before you access the submission form. Payment is only required if the organisation has set up a paid submission type and the amount set is done at their discretion.
How do I pay?
Fill out the submission form as normal.
At the bottom of the form, you’ll see a “Continue to payment” button.
Clicking this will take you to a secure Stripe payment window.
Enter your card details and complete the payment.
Your submission will not be considered complete until the payment has been successfully processed.

What payment methods are accepted?
Stripe accepts all major credit cards, but typically declines prepaid credit cards, which are often linked to fraudulent activity.
What happens after I pay?
Once your submission and payment have been completed, you’ll receive two automated emails from Dapple:
A confirmation email stating your entry has been successfully submitted.
A receipt for your payment.
The charge on your credit card statement will show as a payment to the organisation you submitted to.
Who do I contact about payment issues?
If you have any questions about the payment amount, need a refund, or want to dispute a charge, please contact the organisation directly. Dapple provides the platform, but all payment policies and decisions are managed by the organisation receiving the submission.
