I Didn't Receive an Email when Signing Up

If you didn’t receive the sign-in email from Dapple, don’t worry there are a few quick things you can check to get back on track.

1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

The most common reason for not seeing the sign-in email is that it ended up in your spam or junk folder. Search your inbox for "Dapple" or look for subject lines like Sign in Link to locate the email.

2. Double Check the Email Address

It’s possible there was a typo when you entered your email. Make sure you’re checking the right inbox and that the address you entered was spelled correctly. If you spot a mistake, go back to the sign-in screen and try again with the correct email.

3. Blocked Sender

Your email provider or company email system might be blocking emails from unknown senders. Double check this, amend if necessary and make sure to add “noreply@dapplehq.com” to your known senders list to ensure delivery.

4. Try a Different Email

Still not receiving the email? Try using a different email address to sign in or create a new account. Sometimes email filters can be stricter depending on your provider.
