- Project templates: Choose from pre-made, industry-specific projects already set up within your account.
- Copy: Duplicate an existing project and then tweak. This is perfect for recurring opportunities, the copy feature will clone a project and all it’s details in a single click.
- Form templates: Pre-made projects contain submission forms already setup and ready for use.

- Stages: Create different customised stages for each project. Running a contest? You might want to create different rounds. Maybe your monthly publication requires a workflow involving different editors as a submission progresses. Create your bespoke workflow with ease.
- Payments: Add different payments requirements to each separate project.
- Review panels: Have different teams of reviewers or judges? Create different Review Panels and assign them to different projects and even different stages within a project.

- Project analytics: The Projects page allows you to see at-a-glance, the different analytics of every single project in one centralised place, perfect for tracking the performance of multiple opportunities, past and present.
- Stage analytics: See the different stage metrics and visual graphs of each project with options to dive deeper on further different reporting tools.
- Date ranges: Toggle different date ranges for different time periods
- Filters: Use the many different filtering options to drill down into the exact data requirements you need and then export this to CSV in one click.
- Dashboard: Get a quick birds eye view of your account on the Dashboard page to see a the most recent submissions, messages, activity of submissions and a status breakdown.
