Switching From Submittable
You don't need a leap of faith — you need one programme, one submission cycle, and a side-by-side comparison. Here's the practical way to move without disrupting applicants, reviewers, or an open round.

The three-step migration
Pick one programme, not everything
Choose a single upcoming open call, award, or submission round and run it on Dapple while everything else stays where it is. There's no exclusivity requirement on either side, so nothing about your existing setup has to change on day one. You'll compare real applicant behaviour, real reviewer feedback, and real fees — not demo impressions.
Bring your contacts with you
Export your applicant and creator contacts from Submittable as a CSV and bulk-import them into Dapple — email and name, plus optional date of birth and address. Dapple shows a row-by-row preview before confirming, with up to 1,000 records per file and support for larger migrations. Past submissions and their files stay in Submittable for your records; contact records are what carry forward.
Launch, compare, then decide
Set up your form (start from a template or the AI form generator), connect your own Stripe account, and launch. When the round closes, you'll have a direct comparison: what it cost, how fast funds arrived, and what your reviewers thought. Most organisations decide from there — and move remaining programmes at the natural break between cycles.
