Yes. Application forms, AI eligibility agents, review rounds, stages and automations, reporting and fund management are all live. Grant agreements and e-signatures, grantee progress reports, AI variance reports, closeout and accounting integrations are on our roadmap and aren't available yet.
No. Dapple never moves, holds or sends grant money. You pay grantees from your own bank as usual, and Dapple's fund management tracks each award, payment schedule, approval and payment record. In future we plan to connect to accounting software so approved payments don't need re-keying.
You create an AI agent with your eligibility criteria. It checks each application as it's submitted, adds tags and a short summary, and moves it to the right stage, which sends it to the right review round. AI checks whether an application meets your criteria, not whether it's any good: judging merit and deciding who gets funded stay with your team.
Yes. Create as many review rounds as your programme needs, each with its own review group of staff or external reviewers and its own scoring, using a rating or a rubric. You can hide applicant details and fields for blind review.
Yes. With fund management you set a budget and a fund for each programme, award money to successful applicants and give each award a payment schedule, such as two 50/50 payments or quarterly instalments. Payments can wait on release conditions and need two-person approval, and every change is kept in an audit trail.
Yes. Dapple connects to your own Stripe account, so application fees go straight into it the moment an applicant pays, at 2% + £0.20 per transaction ($0.25 in USD) plus Stripe's processing fees. You can waive fees for some applicants, for example those from OECD DAC countries. See Stripe payments for application fees.
No. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or any third party's. It's processed only to power the features you use, such as an eligibility agent checking an application, and isn't retained for training, repurposed or shared beyond what's needed to deliver the product.
Yes. Dapple is Cyber Essentials certified, the UK government-backed standard many funders, universities and public bodies look for. It runs on SOC 2-certified AWS infrastructure, encrypts personal data and is compliant with UK and EU GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is available on every plan, sign-in is passwordless, and single sign-on is available on the Pro plan.
