No. The charity discount is for annual Growth and Pro plans only. You can still choose a monthly plan, or the Starter plan, at the standard price.
Your charity registration number, IRS determination letter or the equivalent document for your country. Send it to our team and we'll check it before applying your discount.
No. One discount applies per account, so the charity discount can't be combined with other offers such as the CLMP member discount.
No. The discount applies to your plan. If you charge entry fees, the standard transaction fees still apply.
Yes, as long as your organisation is still eligible. We may ask you to confirm your status when your plan renews.
